The national Two-Gate dashboard compares energy entering the grid (Gate 1) against energy billed to customers (Gate 2). The gap — loss — is calculated automatically, ranked by severity, and surfaced by region, district, and feeder. A meter showing six months of escalating loss is flagged as Priority 1.

NERIS Intelligence confirms and prioritises

The shared NERIS core analyses the meter's loss pattern, distinguishes technical faults from commercial interference, and produces a structured assessment. It recommends the next action — field dispatch — and creates a prioritised task automatically.

The METRIX verdict auto-creates a billing recovery case in the EASIPOWER CRO portal. The Customer Revenue Officer sees the verdict, attached evidence, and recoverable amount — without a phone call from the field. They open a payment plan, set a freeze, or escalate directly from their portal.
